A Message to Our Customers:

We are currently experiencing longer than normal production lead times due to supply chain issues and staffing shortages. Our current lead time on custom products is ranging between 12 – 16 weeks. This lead time is subject to change without notice. Hunter Douglas orders will take approximately 8-10 weeks; however, product backorders can happen at any time. Our shade repairs are currently between 6-8 weeks. We will let you know as soon as your item is completed and ready for pick-up/installation. If you have any further questions, please inquire to your sales associate.

We are also in the process of training several new employees. We will do our best to assist you in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
